What does a first engagement typically look like?

A one-week paid scoping engagement. Interviews, data audit, written scope with a priced plan at the end. About 70% of those convert to a fixed-price build. If we don't think Firnew is the right firm, we say so at the end of week one.

Are you expensive?

We sit in the upper half of the EU Microsoft-partner range. Our Power Platform MVP Solution is €90k fixed. D365 rollouts start around €180k. We're not a body-shop; we charge for specialists, not for headcount.

Where do you work?

Warsaw HQ, all of EU on delivery. We've shipped in DACH, Benelux, Nordics and the UK. Client sites regularly, remote the rest.

Do you take on rescues?

Yes — roughly a third of our 2024–25 work was second-partner engagements. We don't disparage the previous firm on the call; we read the artefacts and tell you what's recoverable.
